The Asian League Paragliding Accuracy 2024 has become a hotspot for intense competition as teams from and vie for supremacy. The event, hosted at SkyLancing in Mekarsari Village, Praya Barat District, Central Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (), has captivated the attention of paragliding enthusiasts.

As of the third-round rankings recorded on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at 17:21 WIB, Indonesian athletes have made a strong showing in the overall category. Rizky Maulana from Indonesia currently holds the top spot, with Thailand's Phipatpong Sudthoop in second place and Irvan Winarya from Indonesia in third. Thai athletes Nunnapat Phuchong and Chantika Chaisanuk also feature prominently in the rankings.

Roy Rahmanto, the organizer of the 2024 in Lombok, expressed confidence in Indonesia's potential to clinch the championship.

In the Under 26 category, Rizky Maulana from Indonesia remains the leader, followed by Phipatpong Sudthoop from Thailand, Zueesyam Ros from Malaysia, Tanakit Saemseemuang from Thailand, and Rira Nurhakim from Indonesia.

“Our under-26 athletes are performing exceptionally well,” Roy remarked.

In the Female Paraglider category, two Thai athletes are at the forefront, with Indonesia's Rira Nurhakim in third place, followed by two athletes from China.

“The Indonesian paragliding team has been outstanding so far based on the current scores. We hope they maintain this performance until the competition concludes,” said , Chairman of the Paragliding Committee of the Indonesian Aero Sport Federation (FASI), on Monday, July 8, 2024.

Roy also noted that in the Team category, Thailand is leading, with Indonesia in second place and China in third.
